About us
About Butterfly Hands Support Services
A local NDIS provider that puts people first.
Our story
Built on the belief that good support changes lives.
Butterfly Hands is a local NDIS provider based in Drouin, supporting people across Drouin, Warragul, Darnum, Nilma, Longwarry, Buln Buln, Jindivick, Trafalgar, Yarragon, Neerim South, Pakenham, Cranbourne and surrounding areas. We started because we saw how much a good support worker can change someone's life — and how often people felt rushed, unheard or passed around.
We set out to build something different. A service where people are known by name. Where support is calm, kind and steady. Where you have a say in every part of your support.
The butterfly stands for growth and freedom. The hands stand for the care that helps make it happen. That is what we do every day.
